To manage the access rights of a workspace, enter the workspace and click “Edit rights” in the panel on the left side of your screen.
Now you can define the user access of the modules of the workspace:
• Documents: Read, Read/Write or No Access
• Tasks: All tasks, Only the user’s tasks or No Access
• Calendar: Read Only, Read/Write or No Access
• Meetings: Access or No Access
• Reporting: Access or No Access
