How to add a participant (client, partner, colleague) to a workspace?

To add a participant to a workspace, enter the workspace and click “Add Participant” from the panel on the left of your screen.

For those participants who do not already have a user account for your Wimi, you can create an account when you add them to the workspace.

The participant you have added will only have access to the workspace. You can also choose to restrict their access to certain modules of the workspace.

You have full control over what data you make available to your teams, your customers and external partners.
